Initiate Your Request
Log into your MTK account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Package Your Items
Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the provided packing slip is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
